Lymph drain & sculpt is an exclusive method that instantaneously sculpts your body or face. A light skin-stretching massage technique that helps to encourage the natural flow of the lymphatic fluid as the lymphatic system in our body has no pump. It is good for poor circulation, helping to detoxify the the body, Decreases excess fluid retention/ puffiness, Relieves stress,  Balances the nervous system, Contours the body, helps inflammatory disorders and alternative therapy for chronic illness and great for gut health issues. Perfect for aligning curves.

  • Wellness Sculpt

Wellness sculpt uses techniques from manual lymphatic drainage, lymph drain and sculpt massage and uses a micro vibration rolling machine flow sculpt device.  This device acts on tissues and muscles, including adipose fat cells and cellulite. It creates a mechanical compression that is non-invasive and uses micro vibration. It promotes lymphatic system movement and increases circulation. By applying pressure and lifting action to the tissue, the machine naturally and deeply promotes cell activity and improves circulation of oxygen and blood. Focuses on muscle tension, fascia and helps overall wellness to help with adipose fat, cellulite, inflammation to promote a toned appearance and enhancing local blood circulation to nourish tissues and stimulating the lymphatic system to remove toxins.

  • Buccal Facial

Buccal flow facial. Involves lymphatic drainage to the face, facial massage and inside the mouth facial massage.

Applying a light to moderate pressure to activate the muscles and tissues of the cheeks and jawline. Numerous blood vessels in the cheek and jawline are supplied with blood during a buccal face massage, which may aid in promoting the synthesis of collagen. A protein called collagen is necessary to keep skin appearing healthy and young. The appearance of fine lines and wrinkles can be lessened with increased collagen production, giving the skin a more radiant and smooth appearance.

Buccal face massage has anti-aging properties, but it can also help ease temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ) , release jaw stress, reduces tension and inflammation , enhancing lymphatic drainage to increase blood flow.

  • Abdominal Therapy

Book an online/phone consultation via zoom/call. If you'd like any more information please contact me.

Formally widely known as 'Maya Abdominal Massage' as well as 'The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy' - Today better known as Abdominal Therapy. The Abdominal Therapy Collective is the only school still directly affiliated with its founder, Dr Rosita Arvigo.

Abdominal Therapy treatment helps to integrate the deep abdominal and fascia, which helps with circulation, enhances overall health and well-being, and targets specific areas such as the back, hips, and abdomen. Everyone's pelvic ligaments and organs are supported, which frequently leads to better menstrual, circulatory, digestive, and abdominal health. It all comes down to stimulating and promoting blood, lymph, nerve, and energy circulation. The goal of abdominal therapy is to help the body regain and preserve homeostasis, or its natural, healthy balance.

Education is the central theme of abdominal therapy. Long-term healing eventually results from empowerment brought about by understanding an issue. Self-massages are taught and encouraged as part of the treatment, and they should be done whenever it's convenient for you. This gives you a lot more control over your awareness of what's happening in your body at that precise instant. It is a type of mindfulness meditation combined with therapy.
